I was given a sparkle pink one for free and this happened. Surprisingly that one doesn't look like it's failed yet.

Also the crumbly cheese alloy bridge blocks have a habit of spontaneously deconstructing themselves under the string/spring tension, and the bridge is a unique design so you can't replace the block or even the whole bridge with anything else that fits - or not without plugging and re-drilling the body, which starts to become more trouble than it's worth.
